an answer re: money, lifestyle, security, happiness and work

rarely, if ever, in my life has the desire to earn more of someone else’s money trumped my natural desire to do whatever the hell else I wanted to do.

    Yes that was a great answer. I am having a lot of fun reading everyone's take on this question. The reason I ask is that I am going to do exactly that. I turned in my letter of resignation today and am taking a part time job (with health insurance) and a major pay-cut. But I think we will be much happier and I look forward to spending more time on the things that I want to spend time on - such as my farm and my website!

    By the way, I didn't mean to post as my other site but I didn't see an option for just putting in my name and website (Living a Simple Life).
