a valentine's denver dinner

jonathan braised capra collina ranch navajo-churro lamb, which we paired with the infinite monkey theorem malbec. i picked up the loins from the denver urban homesteading market and the wine from mondo vino. it was rather nice to honor denver purveyors as we celebrated this mushy gushy holiday over fine wines, cheeses and meat.
